Updating your organization’s profile

You can update your organization’s information at any time by logging into the U of T Co-op Portal.  

Step 1: Navigate to the employer profile section 

Navigate to your employer profile page by selecting “Employer Profile” located in the left sidebar or by selecting the “Update Employer Profile” tile on the home page. 

Step 2: View your assigned U of T Co-op team 

Your dedicated U of T Co-op team consists of an External Relations Representative and an Operations Hub Representative.

Your External Relations Representative will be your main point of contact for all your co-op recruitment and hiring needs. Your Operations Hub Representative is available to support you with all administrative and logistical aspects of the recruitment process in the U of T Co-op Portal. If you have any inquiries, feel free to email them directly. 

Step 3: Review your organization’s information 

  1. Name: If your organization name has changed, please contact your assigned Operations Hub Representative.   
  2. Overview: Describe your organization, including your purpose, values and culture. This information will be visible to students. 
  3. Industry: If your organization’s industry type has changed, please contact your assigned Operations Hub Representative. 
  4. Number of employees: Select a range from the drop-down menu that best describes the size of your organization. 

Step 4: Information about your organization’s brand and culture

  1. Organization logo: Please add your organization’s logo to enhance brand recognition of your organization amongst our students. Your logo will be displayed on your profile page, job postings and some events. 
  2. Header image: Upload an image to your employer profile. The image will display in the header of your employer profile and be visible to students. 
  3. Videos: In this field, your company can upload informational YouTube videos for students to watch. Videos can include general information about the company, job specifics, etc.  
  4. Website: Provide a link to your company’s website. This link will be available to students. 
  5. Social media links: Provide a link to your company’s LinkedIn. This link will be available to students. 
  6. Location: Fill in the required fields for your organization’s address, including the Country, Street, and City.
